Chartered Surveyors Fletcher Morgan back to winning ways

Chartered surveying practice Fletcher Morgan has been named Wales’ leading commercial property agent – for a record third time in four years.

After scooping the prestigious Estates Gazette award for top Welsh commercial agent in 2005 and 2006, the firm has returned to winning ways by being named leading commercial agent in Wales for 2008.

The award was presented in front of a 1,400-strong audience of leading property developers, agents and professionals at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, following a nationwide voting process.

It is the second award for Fletcher Morgan this year – following a presentation last month in Cardiff at which Estates Gazette presented the firm with a prize for the eighth consecutive year for being Wales’ most active agency. It was based on the total number of commercial property deals completed over the past 12 months.
